Blue cod Parapercis colias

Another fish that is much more than a dish (see Snapper Fish, More Than a Dish). They are so friendly. I remember one making my wife Ivana cuddle it … it squashed itself between her forearm and the bottom. We could not resist laughter to the point water filled our masks. Another one tried to suck my neoprene-covered finger when I made an attempt to touch it. I got so scared I almost let my camera go. I’ve never caught one while fishing … I am glad I haven’t.
